Dr Hardi Kurda is a composer, producer, artistic researcher, and cultural entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience developing international music and cultural projects.
He holds a PhD in Music from Goldsmiths, University of London, where his research explored listening, sound, and displacement through experimental artistic practice. As an experimental composer and improviser, his work has been presented internationally at festivals, in galleries, and at research institutions.
Dr Kurda is the founder and curator of SPACE21, a platform dedicated to experimental music, sound art, and artistic research in the Kurdistan Region. He is also the founder of Archive Khanah, an interactive archive platform preserving Kurdish musical heritage. Through the British Library’s Endangered Archives Programme (EAP), he is leading the large-scale digitisation and preservation of historic Kurdish sound recordings.

Chinedum Okerengwor is Mirat’s external royalty management consultant, supporting the accurate processing and administration of royalty data received from international music rights and royalty collection organisations.
